However, tallow, like many natural ingredients, does have a melting point - usually around body temperature (98.6°F or 37°C). In extremely hot conditions, it is absolutely possible for tallow skin care products to soften or melt during shipping. If you receive a product that has melted, simply allow it to cool at room temperature or refrigerate it for a few minutes until it solidifies again. The whipped texture may change but our product's efficacy and benefits will not be effected.
